To make it very obvious (as it wasn’t to me): after you initially set up your fingerprint and fully run through setting partition sizes to your liking, you must use your registered finger to get the “secured” partition of the device to pop up in Windows File Explorer. Otherwise, all you will see showing there is a main level Lexar drive entry and only the drive named “public” entry indented beneath that.
