How to add WPS function. I usually use WPS to configure my dlink Web camera to connected to the Internet router. Otherwise, it’s hard to connect it to the router or mobile hotspot.

I have a ZTE Grande X Android smartphone & I have Cricket. They have me 20gb of data which is great but I need to use phone to tether to my laptop. I followed the instructions on “how to”but I don’t have an option to “tether or hotspot” my phone. Under wireless & networks the only options I have are, VNP & Default sms App (messaging). Does anybody know how I can get past this. I desperately need to use my data on my laptop for school. Thank you
