This entire article is about turning Bluetooth on and off NOT ENABLING AND DISABLING it. Ugh.

Lol. Turning it on is the same as enabling it. But may your device doesn’t have a Bluetooth chip or it is faulty and not working.

I have a new speaker and I can not enable Bluetooth on my Android Samsung 7.0 phone or my tablet. Devices not found, it says. The phone will not enable it at all. The tablet however enables it, but devices not found, it says.

You need to turn on the Bluetooth speaker, and start the Bluetooth discovery process on it, so that it can be detected by your smartphone.
