Note: I had optimized my services and disabled “Connected User Experineces and Telemetry” service. This service has to be running. When I started the app, I got a message telling me the service was not running.
The “diagnostic Data” option has been set to “Basic” (I remember doing that long ago. But since then some moron at MS has locked the option. The options are disabled and I get the message “Some settings are hidden or Managed by your organization”. That is nice, but this is Windows 10 HOME. I don’t have access to GPEdit to undo this stupidity.
Do you happen to know the registry key I have to hack to fix this problem?
