The first time we heard about ASUS’ Republic of Gamers mechanical keyboard with RGB illumination was in 2015. And a year later, in late 2016, ASUS finally launched their ASUS ROG Claymore. It is a gaming keyboard that awes and wows anyone looking at it, with full spectrum RGB lighting on each key individually, fully programmable keys and with Aura Sync support (a technology that syncs your lighting settings across devices). In addition, it is also a modular keyboard, meaning that you can attach or detach the Numpad on or off the main keyboard body. We’ve had it to play during the holidays and we’d like to share with you everything we’ve found about it, in this review:

Some of our readers asked how they can find out when a certain Windows program or app was installed on their computers and/or devices. This is a legitimate question so we thought that it was worth a bit of research to find the right answer. In this article we will show you how you can determine when a desktop or a Universal Windows Platform (UWP) application was installed in Windows 10, Windows 8.1 or Windows 7. Let’s get started:
We think all Windows Phone and Windows 10 Mobile users are familiar with installing apps using the Storeapp. Basically, all you have to do is open theStore, type the name of the app that you want on your smartphone and install it. But there’s another way to do the same thing, using any web browser installed on your device. In this article we are going to show you how to install new apps on your smartphones with Windows 10 Mobile or Windows Phone, using this approach.
When you look at the technical specifications for modern gaming keyboards and mice, do you notice that many manufacturers provide life span estimations like: this keyboard will last 80 million keypresses or this mouse will last 30 million clicks? But what do these metrics actually mean? Can you use them to estimate how many years these products will last? I wanted to answer these questions and I have performed my own experiments, using software that tracks my day-to-day computer usage patterns. Here’s what I have learned:
Emsisoft is an IT company based in New Zealand which develops security products that are said to be highly efficient in protecting us from malware, while at the same time keeping a low profile in terms of consumed system resources. We’ve used and tested it, and now we’d like to share everything we liked and didn’t like about it. If you’re curious about Emsisoft Internet Security 12, read our review and you’ll know if this is the right product for you:
The Homegroup is a feature that was first introduced in Windows 7 and is also present in Windows 8.1 and in Windows 10, where it still works the same way. Accessing stuff that's shared with the Homegroup is easy and doesn’t require users to type in usernames and passwords. In this article we will explain how the Homegroup works, how to create one, how to join a Homegroup and how to recover its password in case you no longer remember it.
The Task Manager has always been a quick first stop for technicians trying to diagnose performance issues on Windows computers and devices. That’s because Task Manager has always provided useful information about the performance of our Windows computers. In Windows 10 and in Windows 8.1, the Task Manager offers you detailed graphs and charts that you can use to see precisely what resources are being taxed, and which apps are bogging your computer down. This makes diagnosis much easier and faster, as you’ll see in this guide:
The Taiwanese company ASUS manufactures quite a few different models of ZenFone 3 smartphones, ranging from the affordable ASUS ZenFone 3 to the true king of their lineup, the ZenFone 3 Deluxe. The latter is the best you can buy under ASUS’ brand: it comes with powerful hardware, an impressive build quality and many promises. When it was launched, it was also the first smartphone in the world to offer 6 GB of RAM memory. We’ve had the ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe ZS570KL in tests over the last week and, after using it as my main Android smartphone, I would like to share with you my opinion about this device, in this review:
