A recovering gamer but a perpetual geek. I enjoy Windows more than macOS (#PCmasterrace), but I am completely smitten with my iPhone. 🙂 I spent over a decade working in the gaming industry (QA and customer support), despite not having a technical education. These are the reasons why I understand the need to get clear and detailed answers to any questions you have about your devices, your favorite apps, and IT in general. My objective is to provide the information you’re looking for in a comprehensible format. That way, you can troubleshoot, use, and configure everything like a pro, even if you’re not a technical guru. On a more personal note, I’m a yoga and tea enthusiast. Way more serious in writing than I am IRL, I love meeting new people and making them laugh. I don’t like cloudy days, and I’m not crazy about writing huge intros about myself either.🙂
